Those of us who have sensory perceptions of the oscillating, pulsing electromagnetic field from the system that has been running continuously in South Florida since the end of June have been miserable and doubt that those without such perceptions are without the nasty biological effects.
There are too many lightening storms here, without any rain and I am quite sure the damages will end up on my utility bill.
My ficus, that have been struggling with every toxic rainfall, are mostly defoliated. And then we noted this:

Who is getting rich from this?
We cannot wait another day and must call on our Leaders to stop playing around with this obvious FAIL and call for justice for the victims of this madness.

H.R.4403 – Clear Skies Act
23 July 2025 | ZEROGeoengineering.com | Representative Greene introduced the “Clear Skies Act” “to prohibit weather modification within the United States, and for other purposes.” The bill would provide criminal penalties of $100,000 for each violation and up to 5 years jail time. Additionally, civil penalties may be imposed by EPA and FAA – $10,000 for each violation in addition to any other penalties provided by law. Further, the legislation includes repeal of federal statutes authorizing weather modification.
