Overall, the points were: – Write an affidavit for each Agency, if possible – it will be more likely to get noticed & taken seriously. – Be clear about the subject matter, naming the agent of harm accurately – “RF/microwave Radiation” – ideally at first with the descriptors “highly xenobiotic, pulse-modulated” – NOT “EMF” or “nonionizing radiation” or the “G”s. – Use the H words – Hazard and Harm, not a mere “risk”. – Note that power & power (flux) density are not the primary factors producing harm – rather, 1) modulation, 2) constant duration, 3) microwavelengths, and 4) multiple simultaneous signals are known to cause more adverse effects – and all these are the case with wireless telecom facilities. – Refer to the authorities of the Agency (FCC or HHS), i.e., what they MUST (and must not) do. – Provide SUBSTANCE – Facts & Laws (facts include your own experience). – Above all, substantiate assertions with attached documents when possible. – Distinguish between Infrastructural and Device radiation exposures – noting that infrastructural ones – always involuntary – may be more harmful than device exposures by their duration and simultaneous multiple interacting, heterodyning signals. – Avoid disadvantageous terms and notions that get comments dismissed (subjectivity, i.e., concern, fear, worry, alarm, etc.), unknowns (risk, doubt, questions, “gaps” in the science), or mere “issue”, when this is in fact an urgent and dire problem. – Don’t concede that “health” is preempted from the Telecom Act of 1996 – it doesn’t appear in the preemption. – Don’t concede that the FCC updated its guideline in 1996 – the guideline has remained the same since 1965 – arguably since 1953. Throughout 2020-2021, the FCC was unable to provide any science or even reasoning in the D.C. Circuit Court for its guideline – it was merely a rubber-stamp in 1996. – Give the Agencies ASKS – 1) remove unneeded wireless facilities and those that were permitted through fraud; 2) ban any further infrastructures, given the satellite & fiberoptic systems in place; 3) set a standard, at last; and more. – Possibly point out that militaries use this radiation as a weapon.

What is happening on a planetary level with low earth orbit satellites, the ionosphere and Schumann, with Weather Control Experimentation, with WBAN, AI “Precision” Healthcare and the Global Information Grid and the War in the Middle East may be beyond our control, but what your wi-fi box is emitting, is not.
EMF/EMR harms are cumulative and interactive and whatever you can do to reduce them will improve your wellness. Have you found out how your cell phone and your home wi-fi work and set them up to minimize your exposures? It is suggested you do this as you participate in Public Comments to the FCC and HMS that will be open until October 17 and October 23, 2026, on Human Exposure Guidelines for RF/MW Radiation. That will be an upcoming post. We will attempt to organize the information that will make clear the importance of exposure mitigation.
Here are our suggestions to you on quick fixes under your control:
YOUR PHONE: 5G Phones can have antennas that can convert power density and frequency so that they can directly access your brain. Even 4G phones can access your body through the HBC of WBAN that has readily measurable frequencies. Other peoples phones can be used to access you also. See our earlier posts for more information. To stop your phone from doing this, you will likely need a Faraday bag. To stop most of the RF/MW radiation exposure you need to turn OFF Location Tracking and turn ON Airplane Mode BEFORE you turn it off. Then you will need a Faraday bag to block Find My Phone. A distance of 30 feet is also a good idea.
YOUR WI-FI: If you have a Gateway Box from your local Internet Service Provider, you will likely need a Faraday Bag to put it in, to stop the RF/MW Radiation after you unplug it as they usually have capacitors in them that keep the powered up for hours. The exposures from being close to these can be like half the power you would experience standing under a macro cell tower. Power drops off with distance squared. Make sure your Hot Spot is turned off. Your ISP will probably be providing a Wi-Fi Everywhere system with a Hot Spot Default of ON. They can reset that at any time so you should password protect it, turn it OFF and check it regularly. If you do not have readily available customer access to check it, you can get an EMF meter and tell.
We suggest you turn your wi-fi off at night, along with turning off your cell phone. If you need the phone at night, you will need to reconfigure your system devices to receive wired calls. Or get a landline. At the very least, turn off the 5 GHz Band and take you calls on the 2.4 GHz Band.
There is actually a good ROI on giving your Wi-Fi Everywhere Box back to your ISP and setting up your own modem and router. A good wi-fi router has On/Off power control, On/Off Wi-Fi and Radio Transmit Power Control. The power control is directly related to exposure. With such a box you can shut off a band if you do not need it and reduce the power to end up with only a fraction of the exposure of an Everywhere Box. Best is to get an Asus router supported by JRS and get a download of their firmware to make an On-Demand system that shuts itself off when not in use. The JRS Eco Router is the only On-Demand system I know of at this time. It has long been grievance of Dr. Devra Davis of the Environmental Health Trust that more people are not exercising this option.
YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN. Initially introduced at 5-10% of the FCC allowable limit, manufacturers have increased the their profits by increasing the power levels and decreasing the shielding to the max. If you test your microwave oven with an EMF meter, start from a distance and walk towards it until your meter goes off scale. Otherwise you may damage your meter. Keep children and pets far away from it when it is on. You may want to try extra shielding but check that all with a meter and decide how best to protect you and yours. The last microwave oven I bought was for when I have house guests, but I got a conventional toaster oven and the microwave is still in the box.
That is what we have to say for quick fixes. Mitigations then start getting more complex, restrictive and expensive and can even involve hazards themselves. Much would be easier if they do set some proper Human Exposure Guidelines.
Walls, windows, floors and ceilings can be protected with various coatings and coverings. However, they just about all require a decent grounding system and that is a huge EMF/EMR benefit in itself. Sadly, you may find that many electricians regard the grounding system as lightening protection where a wire in the ground is sufficient. You can step back through the posts of this blog to find out what I know.
For now, our recommendations remain the same for you and yours, wishing you wellness in your mitigations and further, again suggest the following:

Due to the failure of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the United States Government to establish adequate, science based Human Exposure Guidelines for Radio-Frequency Microwave Radiation (Find Out More), we will start defining them here. There were two well known references provided by the Public to the FCC for their remanded Order 19-126, the BioInitiative Report and Building Biology, which specify relatively low limits (0.0003-0.0006 μW/m2 and 0.1 μW/m2 , respectively).

That band is an Electrostatic Field Communication (EFC) band that is galvanic/electrical in nature and is not photonic.
