Further, the legislation includes repeal of federal statutes authorizing weather modification.
Due to the failure of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the United States Government to establish adequate, science based Human Exposure Guidelines for Radio-Frequency Microwave Radiation (Find Out More), we will start defining them here. We are including level information on health consequences with increasing power levels so you can try to pick how much impairment you are willing to endure.
There were two well known references provided by the Public to the FCC for their remanded Order 19-126, the BioInitiative Report and Building Biology, which specify relatively low limits (0.0003-0.0006 μW/m2 and 0.1 μW/m2 , respectively).

Residents with poles installed or on the list to have poles installed should make a records request for: The permit application file, permit and plans for the wooden pole with the solar energy and wireless telecommunications equipment (to be) installed in/by the right-of-way of the property at [address]. It should go to the Engineering (Public Works) Department and you should accept them as Electronic if you want to save time and expense.
If you have a pole that was deployed in 2022, you can make the same request. The approved permit they provided to me for that deployment was not signed by the permittee. The permit application signed by a permittee that they provided to me was a single permit application.
I have been reporting wireless telecommunication permit defects to the City of Boynton Beach since 2020. They have remained unresponsive to correcting them and have not updated their ordinances since 2017 while the technology and the laws have changed dramatically. As a result, the City may be assuming the liability for these wireless telecommunications facilities. Gee, how could that be happening?

Promoted in 2021 as simple radios placed 1,600 feet apart that produced free high speed internet, objections were made to deployments over the Federal Communications Commissions failure to establish adequate Human Exposure Guidelines for Radio-Frequency/Microwave Radiation. Questions were also raised about the environmental impact and delivery of actual high speed internet. Those questions have only grown more significant over time and more questions have emerged about Cyber Security. If you have one of these poles deployed by your house or in your neighborhood, you have grounds for objections.
We have previously requested that our students who are in need of connection to the internet be provided with safe and secure fiber to the premises (FTTP), which is the future of secure and speedy telecommunication, instead of sub-standard wireless connections, to close the digital divide. Palm Beach County already has ubiquitous exposures of radio-frequency/microwave (RF/MW) radiation, much of which is already excessive, and the mesh network would add considerably to the problem. Do not let them marginalize the power on the pole. Get the permit and the specifications for what they are installing. What has been proposed in the past can be found in the Do Not Consent post linked above.
The current deployments in Boynton Beach looks like the pole spacing is more like 600 feet than 1,600 feet. That would mean they need seven (7) times the number of poles than were originally proposed.
The first thing we recommend you can do is to find out where they have permitted the Wi-Fi Poles in your neighborhood. These should be on file with your municipal or the county building department or utility who manages the Right-Of-Way permitting. They may also have a Building Department permit. If your ROW is managed by the County or you are in unincorporated Palm Beach County, you can find them through their website. It is possible to have a ROW permit with the County and a Building Permit with a municipality for such installations.
If you need to make a records request to your municipality, you can make that request to receive them electronically or to go in and and see them (bring your camera), to expedite the process.
Contact you Municipal Government and County Commissioner with your reasons for objecting to the Mesh Network. Commissioner Gregg Weiss is also a good contact for these matters.
The Children’s Health Defense and the Environmental Health Trust also have resources and access to the documentation on file with the court, of proof of harm from the very same wi-fi technologies that are being deployed by this mesh network.
We usually think of electrocution as coming from high power sources such as lightening (static discharge) or the electric chair (current) or accidental exposures. However, lower powered sporadic exposures over time can also cause injury and adverse health effects. It is not OK to run electricity through someone else’s body without their expressed, informed consent. So, how has this been happening?

Your Body is Electrical
Your body has it’s own electrical system know as the Biofield.
The HBC band is commonly referred to as Electro-Quasistatic and references to it as electricity are generally left off. Electro-Quasistatic Electricity is electricity as it runs through a near perfect conductor. If you are doing theoretical calculations it is relevant to simplifications that can be made to equations for near perfect conductors but is not otherwise relevant. But perhaps you should note that you are calculated as a near perfect conductor. HBC band is also considered electrostatic. How does that work for real-time monitoring?

Do not be mistaken about what is being represented here. Skin, fat and muscle are your body and those are electrodes showing electricity flowing through it. It does not matter if it is quasi-electrostatic or as static discharge, or as current, it is all electricity. These involve oxidation and reduction as electro-chemical reactions. These types of reactions can cause accelerated aging, other adverse health effects and injury.
The HBC band is an intra-body band and is set up with one or more Sinks and Sensors with Galvanic communications throughout your body. They generate an electrical field that extends 2-5 inches from your body where it can be connected by wireless networks. It is usually powered by energy harvested from your body.
The nanodevice consists of a module for harvesting environmental energy, with the most promising approaches for such harvesting at the nanoscale based on vibrational cycles of ZnO nanowires generated by blood currents or heartbeats, or Radio Frequency (RF) power transfer [4].
Witnessing the devastating environmental and health effects of successively higher powered and pulsed generations of telecommunications throughout my lifetime, I have been mystified at what appears to be intent to expose the human body to excessive Radio Frequency Power. The US Government National Nanotechnology Initiative was launched in the year 2000 https://www.nano.gov/timeline. That, along with some Pentagon and other three letter agency initiatives have created and driven the Wireless Body Area Network proliferation. It is today, a substantial dual use system using your body for medical and military/industrial purposes including providing data for Artificial Intelligence systems.
Each biosensor and sink in your body should have a MAC ID from the manufacturer. These will be tied together by a unique ID for your body. This unique ID will access the biometrics of your body. Understand that this means you will be subjected to electrocution every time that ID is used to identify you. This will likely be an essential component of any digital system used to identify you.

Yes, the physical and mental health effects are dreadful including cancer, brain damage and DNA damage and the Federal Communications Commission is too confused to set appropriate limits for Human Exposure Guidelines for the Radio-Frequency/Microwave Radiation of today. That confusion is most likely due to the complication of the electrocution of all the subjects now involved. They have infested us with biosenors and are electrocuting us for data used to control us. It is a subtle electrocution, possibly sporadic and low powered, but electrocution none the less, so I wonder how frequently it can be used and what limits there are on that.

After rolling out programs over the protests of the recipients and investing on the risk that the basis for those protests were uncertain and/or exaggerated, the authorities and their shareholders are reluctant to admit their mistake or give up their profits and control, as we get sicker and they get richer.
I hope you can see that no one is coming to save us and it is up to each of us as individuals to take action to protect ourselves and our loved ones from this abuse. Those who have invested in the Internet of Things will likely have to make some major changes to avert this path of destruction. We ask that they find out how their electronic devices work and do their best to control them. Even half measures in mitigations matter as many of the effects are cumulative. There should be health benefits associated with such efforts.
